There’s no denying that it can be quite fun to add an extra element, or ingredient so to speak, to a great Pilates exercise (that’s my inner Pilates nerd speaking). It’s not that anything necessarily needs to be added (it is most definitely not broken) it’s just that adding a new aspect or nuance can bring a new perspective, thus creating a new experience with an exercise from which we can gain new benefits.
