Robin discovered Pilates through her competitive and professional dance career. Robin recently relocated to Denver and is teaching group classes and private sessions at Park Meadows Pilates & Physical Therapy in Lone Tree. Prior to moving she taught exclusive group classes at Equinox and Stanford University. In addition, she privately trained some of Silicon Valley’s top executives, entrepreneurs and philanthropists. Her whole body approach was sought after in the bay area’s fast paced corporate environment. Clients turn to her to restore their mind and body so that they can excel in life and handle the demands of their high level careers. Robin is passionate about creating exercise programs that empower, strengthen, restore and rejuvenate her clients.
She obtained her comprehensive Pilates certification through Body Arts & Science International and was trained by the highly respected Kristi Cooper (creator of PilatesAnytime.com). She works with a variety of clients: from those just wanting to get in shape, to those with injuries, Parkinson’s Disease, pre-natal, post-natal, back pain, scoliosis, hip replacements and more.
I created The Balanced Life for women, like myself, who are tired of wasting time with diet regimens and exercise plans that don’t provide lasting results. This is a place for women who want to look and feel their best without giving up everything that makes life so enjoyable. It’s a place to find balance.
