For me it’s the Pilates Mermaid. It’s a spirally, bendy and stretchy exercise that makes just about everybody say, “Ahhhh….” It’s really that good! It’s so simple, but this rotation, side bending exercise really has the ability to provide relief and comfort through the mobilization of the spine and shoulder. It’s a keeper!
