The Pelvic Curl is a foundational and very important Pilates exercise. I believe that learning and practicing the proper execution of the Pelvic Curl (along with some other foundational Pilates exercises) sets the stage for successful and beneficial Pilates practice. But in saying that, performing the Pelvic Curl correctly with all of its subtle nuances can be quite a challenge and takes time to “perfect”, making it must-have for your daily Pilates practice.
