Stourbridge Pilates Rooms

Stourbridge Pilates Rooms is the only fully Gratz-equipped, dedicated Classical Pilates studio in the Black Country. Founded in 2015 by owner and lead teacher Becky Thijm, the studio offers private lessons, mat classes, reformer classes and full equipment classes — all taught by third-generation Classical Pilates teachers, carrying a teaching lineage that traces directly back to Joseph Pilates.

Classes are kept to small groups, with options whether you’re completely new to Pilates or an experienced practitioner. New clients can start with an introductory package covering a private lesson, a mat class and a reformer class — a complete first taste of authentic Classical Pilates.
