I’m a leading STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor in the North East, proudly running an independent Pilates business in Durham City since 2013. Recently completing my Psychology MSc at Northumbria University, my thesis focused on optimal psychological states experienced in advanced Pilates. Pilates brings me joy, and as a comprehensively certified Pilates teacher, I love sharing this wonderful exercise method at my fully equipped studio with adults of all abilities.
