Rebecca Sirkel offers group classes, semi-privates, and private sessions at Simply Pilates in Scottsdale, Arizona. As a Teacher Trainer for Power Pilates of New York, she provides classical Pilates education including Core Mat I, II and Systems programs. She enjoys working with clients who understand that you must change your mind to change your body and that Pilates is a way of life.
