In my 28 years of teaching Pilates, I have taught thousands of mat classes and trained hundreds of Pilates teachers through both PhysicalMind Institute and Real Pilates. I am in a unique position in that I have a classical Pilates background, explored contemporary Pilates for a number of years, and now am back in a full Gratz-equipped classical studio.
I also offer robust online training and mentorship for Pilates teachers from all backgrounds, including mat-only teachers.
I owned award-winning Pilates studios in the Philadelphia suburbs, sold them and spent several years teaching Pilates at an A-List private island spa in the Turks and Caicos Islands, and now am a Master Teacher at Real Pilates in NYC. I teach all kinds of clients, including folks with severe injuries and disabilities. I specialize in back pain and diastasis recti repair.
I have taught on Balanced Body, Peak, Stott, Gratz, Basil, and knock-off apparatus, and can answer questions about the differences.
