Founder Marie Hayden brings more than 30 years of experience in movement, fitness and wellness education. Her highly personalised approach combines Pilates principles with postural alignment, functional strength, mobility and restorative movement to help clients move with greater ease, build lasting strength and feel confident in their bodies.
Private sessions are adapted to each client’s individual needs, experience and goals. Marie works with beginners through advanced clients, active older adults, pre- and postnatal clients, and those requiring thoughtful support for osteoporosis, posture, balance, restricted mobility, neurological conditions or a return to movement following injury.
Services include private Pilates, Mat Pilates, Pilates with props, TRX, personal training, restorative yoga, posture and movement assessments, online Pilates and Pilates Teacher Training. Convenient home sessions are available in Sotogrande, Guadiaro, Pueblo Nuevo, San Roque, Manilva, La Duquesa, Estepona and surrounding areas.
Bliss Holistic Collective also brings movement and whole-body wellness together through holistic nutrition and root-cause health coaching. Clients can work with Marie in person or online to ReAlign, ReNourish and ReSculpt through a practical, supportive and completely personalised approach.
Pilates instructors can study with Marie through comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training and continuing education covering Matwork, props, Reformer, Tower, Cadillac, Chair, special populations and practical teaching skills.
Marie Hayden offers comprehensive, highly personalised Pilates Teacher Training for aspiring instructors and experienced teachers seeking continuing education. Drawing upon more than 30 years of movement, fitness and teaching experience, Marie combines Pilates foundations with practical, real-world instruction and individual mentorship.
Training is offered by module and includes Matwork, Pilates with props, Reformer, Tower, Cadillac and Chair. Each module includes up to 20+ one-to-one training sessions, guided practice, observation, lesson planning, case studies, written work and practical examinations.
Students learn anatomy, movement principles, postural assessment, exercise progressions, cueing, modifications, class design, client safety and confident equipment use. Particular attention is given to teaching beginners, active older adults, pre- and postnatal clients, osteoporosis, neurological conditions, injuries, restricted mobility and other special populations.
Programs are available in person and online, allowing instructors to study with Marie from the Costa del Sol or worldwide. Continuing-education workshops and private mentorship can also be tailored to an instructor’s experience, clientele and professional goals.
Marie’s extensive continuing education includes STOTT PILATES® training, Pilates Education Institute coursework, Pilates Reformer Beginner and Intermediate training, Mat Pilates, Pilates with props, Franklin Method® pelvic-floor education, TRX Suspension Training, postural alignment, functional movement, restorative yoga, strength training and personal training.
Her specialised training includes active ageing and exercise for adults 50+, osteoporosis-safe movement, menopause and fitness, neurological conditions, injury-aware exercise, prenatal and postnatal Pilates, prenatal strength, posture during pregnancy, preparation for delivery, fertility fitness, prenatal yoga, postpartum weight management and pelvic-floor function.
