Charlyn Huss, MA, NCPT, is a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher with more than 30 years of teaching experience, high-performance coach, and co-inventor of the patented CoreSpring® Apparatus. As creator of the CoreSpring® Method, she has spent three decades exploring how movement, language, and intelligent spring resistance can help people move with greater ease, confidence, and resilience.
Charlyn is passionate about honoring Joseph Pilates’ principles while encouraging teachers to ask better questions, embrace thoughtful innovation, and empower clients to become confident, independent movers. She teaches internationally and is the founder of CoreSpring LLC, where she develops educational programs, teacher trainings, and movement experiences designed to help people truly Spring to Life.
