Ankor Pilates offers small group Pilates sessions in East Dulwich, tailored to help people reduce back pain. Memberships include weekly classes and pain reducing resources.
Basic Pilates will help you to increase mobility and build strength in a safe and supportive environment. You will learn the fundamentals of Pilates – alignment, breathing and core stability – all which help to reduce back pain.
Ankor Pilates have classes in Dulwich Grove Church, East Dulwich Community Centre and Christ Church at the following times each week:
