Join us for a very uplifting yet challenging Pilates class. We offer small group Mat Pilates classes Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays at 9:00 am. Our instructor has over 10 years of experience with a great deal of patience and understanding of the art of Pilates. You will develop great flexibility, balance, coordination while building a strong core. Every time you will experience variations of great techniques using different equipments such as balls, resistance bands, rollers, breathing techniques and core strengthening.
