Hello, my name is Colleen Tomko, and I am excited to teach Pilates at Fury
Pilates and Bodywork in Kitnersville, PA. For the past 17 years, as an
ACE-certified personal trainer, I have taught group fitness and one-on-one
sessions part-time. In 2022 I retired from a 26-year career, owning and
managing The Frenchtown Inn restaurant with my husband and children, and I
found my love for Pilates. I’m now certified by Barzell Pilates which teaches a
contemporary approach focusing on the anatomy and biomechanics of the
body.
I’m excited to share my love for Pilates with my students and ready to offer
support and encouragement in reaching health and fitness goals.
I will be offering Pilates mat classes in classic and contemporary styles.
Meet me on the mat Monday mornings at 10 am, Tuesday and Thursday
evenings at 6 pm, and Saturday mornings at 9 am.
