Leah Sine has shared her passion for life and her love for
fitness for over 35 years. She is highly respected as a premier fitness instructor. Leah has a background in exercise physiology and kinesiology. She has completed multiple certifications as a personal trainer. She turned her research and focus to senior fitness and specialized in teaching muscle control and
therapeutic movement exercises to clients in their superior years. Leah has been teaching Pilates for 15 years. She is continually creating innovative approaches to learning Pilates for clients with medical conditions as well as physical challenges.
