I trained at the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI) in London, which is recognised worldwide as being at the forefront of Pilates education. The APPI method is a research based, clinical application of improving the way a person moves and functions in their everyday life! Ideal for all ages and abilities including beginners and those requiring rehabilitation.
Group classes are held in local village halls (see timetable below). 1:1 sessions are also available – please call or email to arrange!
As well as Pilates, I also teach Hypopressives; a breathing and postural technique commonly used in Spain for improving core and pelvic floor function.
It’s great being able to help people from all walks of life with Pilates, sharing both the mental and physical benefits with the aim of helping you to live your life with greater freedom of movement! Whether you’re a complete beginner or have been doing Pilates for years, you are welcome to come and join a class.
