Jenn has been practicing classical Pilates since 2002 when a back injury and colon cancer led her to finding a workout that allowed her to develop her “core” again. After seeing how much it helped her, she decided to leave the corporate world and do something she loved – help others feel better.
Jenn keeps her workouts challenging, but fun and also has a “body positive” attitude toward exercise.
