I have over 30 years of wellness, fitness experience with various certifications including STOTT PILATES® mat and reformer, NASM CPT, TRX, Nutrition, Reiki II, Light Therapy… We have 4 Merrithew Reformers, 2 Stability Chairs, 1 Ladder Barrel, 2 Barre stability barres, and a full range of mats and props. A beautiful, peaceful space with aroma therapy in the background, stable peaceful music, and a light, subtle lighting to ease your soul while you work to strengthen your full body and clear your mind.
