Most of my customers will know I’ve gone through a lot of changes in the last year, I got married, and have started a new job!
I am now the Centre Manager of the amazing charity, South East Cancer Help Centre, which is an absolute honour, but very full time!
As such I have wound down my own business considerably, throwing my whole self into developing and improving SECHC, but…..
I still offer the fantastic Purley Pilates class on Monday evenings.

This is mat-based Pilates class; focusing on core control and strength, back pain prevention and maintenance, as well postural improvement and countering the negative body effects of office-work.
