Today I want to challenge you with an intermediate level Pilates workout. This workout takes a contemporary spin on the classical Pilates mat repertoire and really makes you focus on working with control and precision.
Today we are doing just the first half of the Pilates matwork. Yes, you guessed it, on Thursday you will get Part 2 of this routine. You will be able to do each workout individually or combine them into 50 minutes of total Pilates (woohoo!)
You might notice that in the video I am wearing blue Pilates footwear – this is PureToes, studio and lounge footwear. I got a pair of PureToes for review and absolutely loved them! They have no-skid soles, come in a variety of fun colors and prints and are just fun to wear.
If you are a devoted Pilates studio person then PureToes are a great addition to your Pilates gear.
