What is the best thing about a Pilates workout?
It’s the time when you get to be yourself and focus on yourself.
In a modern world setting time aside to do something nice for yourself is often considered a luxury but it’s a vital luxury that we can all afford.
Our contributor Robin Long had a wonderful idea to make sure that we don’t have any excuses not to do Pilates. She has started 28 Days of Pilates. Every day (for 28 days straight) she posts a new 5-minute Pilates workout to let us enjoy a free luxury (two words that usually don’t stand side by side) of the vital “me” time.
Let’s kick it off with 5 minutes of Pilates Abs. And don’t forget to join Robin on her blog (click here) as she will take you on a wonderful journey to a balanced body through her videos and tips.
