Do you have 10 minutes today? Then join Robin Long (one of the amazing members of PilatesBridge, an online Pilates instructor, blogger at TheBalancedLifeOnline.com and a mother) for this quick Pilates for Legs workout. Robin (who got her initial training through BASI) teaches contemporary Pilates online and offline.
This quick workout is designed to get your legs toned in the least amount of time. Pilates is a whole-body workout and each exercise works your body as a whole instead of localizing specific muscles. However, Robin put together several of her favorite Pilates exercises to give special attention to your legs and glutes. Of course, you can expect to engage your powerhouse through the entire workout to tighten your abdominals as well.
