I am fully certified from post rehab to advanced levels on all Pilates equipment, as well as being certified to be a trainer in the gym and aqua fitness. I have been teaching for almost 10 years, and still love learning new things to bring into my workouts. I have taken all sorts of courses in small equipment, BOSU, stability balls, Zenga, Metafit, TRX, Neurokinetic Therapy, and much more! After a traumatic knee injury a few years ago, I became known as a knee specialist after rehabilitating myself without surgery.
I teach STOTT Pilates, TRX, and other modalities via Skype or FaceTime. It’s a individualized program and varied workout with different levels of challenge. My clients appreciate the light conversation and humor that I use throughout the workout to add some fun.
I offer business consulting to Pilates Instructors and Personal Trainers who would like to start their own businesses, either in a studio or online. I have had several successful businesses in the past, including several hair salons and retail businesses.
