I became certified at Body Technic Systems with Sunday Homitz (licensed PT) by completing a 250 hour mat pilates teacher program in addition to a 250 hour machine pilates training program. I have been certified since 2015 in mat and 2016 in machine. My specialized certification in pre- and post-natal pilates was an addition 6 hours of training. I am CPR certified and have had a 30 year career in public education.
