I am a comprehensively certified Pilates teacher with specialties in Osteoporosis, Scoliosis, Neurological Conditions, Breast Cancer and am a Pre-Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist. I believe strongly in the method of the classical order and use my trained eye virtually or in person to develop a strong, flexible body that moves with ease. I work hard to give the best possible session for my clients each and every time we meet so they continue to see the value in Pilates. My goal is that they take the skills that they learn with me into their daily activities and as Joseph Pilates famously wrote, “Return to Life”, by gaining back the gift of movement.
Vanessa is a Comprehensively Certified Pilates teacher. Her teaching style is direct and clear and she works hard to get the most out of her clients. Her years of personal practice come through as she cues small details to deepen each movement.
