I am a Master Trainer for Pilates Sports Center, training instructors in Pilates and Barre as well as teaching group classes and private sessions to clients. My husband’s Air Force career moves us around this great country of ours, so I adapt my Pilates career to my surroundings. I’ve been teaching since 2002 and can be found in a private studio, gym, or college wellness center … anyplace where I feel as if I can positively impact others through my instruction. I have a passion for training instructors and educating people about the amazing life and body benefits of Pilates. It never ever gets boring and I love what I do!
The Cutting Edge Approach to Pilates Teacher Training! PSC teaches a contemporary approach to the method developed by Joseph Pilates in the 1920s; one that preserves the essence of the original technique but incorporates today’s knowledge and principals. Students will learn the Classical and Progressive approach to Pilates all in one program using a beautiful, organized photographic manual.
Upon completion of your Pilates Teacher Training program, you will be prepared to take the PMA Pilates Certification™ exam if you desire.
